Nicolas joined Alcatel in 2001 after 2 years spent in Miami as a software engineer in avionic. He started as a training engineer and quickly moved to management positions. After successfully leading the software engineering team driving customer’s specific solutions, he took over the worldwide customer success organization, looking after the service delivery alongside product sales. Nicolas was then in charge of the service business development as well as the proper projects rollout with large professional services teams spread over the globe.
Early 2016, Nicolas took over the Wireless Business Unit within the Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise Network division to drive the development of the brand new OmniAccess Stellar portfolio and offer. Eager to bring value added to the Wi-Fi solutions, he and his team brought up the location services capabilities (wayfinding, geofencing, asset tracking) as well as the IoT connectivity to ALE WLAN offer. Nicolas holds a Master of Sciences (MSC) in computer science from the Ecole Nationale d’Ingénieur de Brest (ENIB).
