Robert Wiedemann is a commercial manager for Telekom HotSpot, one of the biggest WiFi networks in Germany and also one of the most diverse. Its customer base spans from consumers to airports, and from fast food chains to high street stores.
In his current position, Robert is involved in commercial and functional aspects of the HotSpot product. A typical day includes answering functional questions for an RFP, composing the text for a sales collateral for a low-cost SME product, overseeing the business case for a customer project and taking part in a strategic discussion on the commercial relation between WiFi and LTE.
Robert joined Deutsche Telekom in 2009. Before that, he worked for Vodafone and for Gruner&Jahr in different positions in product management.
