With over 18 years of experience as an executive for startups and public companies, Carlo Treves is an expert in sales, account management, business development, and product development. He has extensive international experience with Internet of Things (IoT), networking, telecom and renewable energy. Prior to starting Xalyo Communications, Carlo held technical management roles at Cisco and Texas Instruments. As the VP of Product Development/COO of Xalyo Communications, Carlo delivered the first white box DSLAM for the telecom market.
Carlo became involved with solar energy as a founding member of a micro-inverter company, and later started Solar to bring innovation to the solar module. Carlos brought to market the first durable, flexible, shatterproof, and lightweight silicon cell-based photovoltaic module. At ASSIA, he was responsible for selling enterprise software to telecom operators and delivered a solution for copper and fiber network optimization, based on big data and machine learning.
Carlo joined Cloud4Wi to lead the sales team with delivering a platform to service providers, providing services for enterprises and small and medium-sized businesses. This solution delivers a foundation for in-store digital experiences and customer engagement using guest Wi-Fi.
Carlo holds a degree in computer science engineering degree from Polytechnic of Turin in Italy, and a masters degree in engineering management from Santa Clara University in California.
